She asked nothing in return and always answered calls/emails promptly. It was a simple process to sell this house. The house needed a total remodel and Mariann helped us get the best price possible, with no inspection and all cash and more than we anticipated. She is soooo nice and laid back, never pushy always asked my opinion. I met her by accident and I absolutely love her!!! I would use Mariann again without a doubt! She is an asset to your company!! She is professional but yet treats you warmly and friendly too!

It was a pleasure working with Mariann Lovas! As her client, I was coming in as a buyer from out of state. She was very accommodating for the time zone differences and handled the majority of the legwork during the initial house hunting process through video calls. Much appreciated!
