Neva Hartley of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company

I'm an extended family member of Neva Hartley. I was skeptical about doing business with family, but she was very professional with her approach and private about our business dealings. We put a lot of work into our home and we were very attached to it. We weren't sure about selling it, but she had an excellent plan in place. She did an initial walkthrough and told us what things we could do for the least amount of money that would give us a greater return. She continued to keep us updated on the market and picked the perfect time for us to list it. I never felt pressured to hurry up and sell. Neva exceeded expectations. Our listing pics were amazing. We had a downpour the day before our showings so she brought booties to protect our floors during walkthroughs. She put out snacks and water by the front door. She swept the front porch and helped us do last minute cleaning. She advertised on Facebook. We had a cash offer before the house was officially listed. She listed the house $10k over what we initially expected it to list for and sold it for $25k over asking basically as is. We haven't closed on our new home yet and she negotiated a leaseback from our buyers for a month and a half! Neva provided us with her cellphone to contact her with any questions and she would respond immediately. She was honest when she didn't know the answer right off, but she would research the answer and provide supporting information to secure our trust. No matter how many questions I asked (and I asked a lot) she was very patient and understanding of my concerns. While the overall process of selling a home can be unnerving, I must say Neva made this process as painless as possible. We have a son on the Autism spectrum who wasn't happy about selling our home and having all of the people walking all over our home. Never assured us we would only have to endure it Friday evening through Sunday evening. We stayed in a hotel for the weekend and by Monday we had multiple offers above asking and we were done with the showings. She let us know when and what to expect the inspection and the appraisal. I felt like we were well prepared every step of the way.
