Seller reviewBefore I sell the property, Nicole is my rental manager. I was very satisfied with her performance during that time and therefore when I want to sell the property, she is my no.1 choice. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and effective. She is instrumental in the planning and execution of the sales plan. Because I live in Hong Kong, I was not physically present at the property. Nicole has been acting on my behalf in getting the deal done. She kept me informed on the progress from time to time. I am very impressed that the deal was completed in a very short time and the sales price is 10% higher than my expectation.
