Real Estate and Marketing are my PASSIONS. My job, which I take seriously and with great joy, is to help my client's transactions flow smoothly and successfully. Whether you are selling, buying, investing, or find yourself in a distressed situation, I can help you maximize your results.
After running my own successful Direct Marketing agency for 13 years, and working as a marketing executive for some well-known companies for 10 years prior to that, I firmly believe that success for my Real Estate clients requires the same STRATEGIC and targeted MARKETING approach.
When the opportunity presented itself to move into real estate full time, I realized how imperative it was for a REALTOR to have exceptional marketing and NEGOTIATION skills in order to effectively serve their clients. I am now an ASSOCIATE BROKER and have built a successful referral-only business.
I have lived in the north Atlanta suburbs since 1995 and know and love the area well. I have two boys that went through the Forsyth County Schools, and are now young men and considerably taller than me! This is home.

However, because of Pam Evans & our family, our move turned out to be much smoother and quicker than we ever expected. Pam first helped us locate the home we moved into & then she quickly put our existing home on the market. Besides that, she placed almost daily phone calls to either our daughters or us to check on the process & give us professional help as we 80ish Seniors needed.
