She knows what we want and guides us in the right direction. She actually told us not to redo the kitchen floor because she was confident that this would not be a buyers objection. Twelve showings and five offers on the first day proves she was correct. All Excellent! Especially communications, knowledge and accessibility.

While I personally have not purchased or sold a home in many years, I have gone with friends when they were in the market for a home and never have I come across a person that could match up to Pat's qualities. I felty very comfortable with Pat handling my purchase. She always knew the right answers and her explanation of what was happening was very important to me. It's not often that you have a broker that meets and exceeds your expectations. Pat definitely did. I felt comfortable if I had to call her after normal business hours. She never made me feel like I was bothering her and if she had to check on something, she always got back to me in a timely manner. Not only is Pat very professional, but she is kind, considerate, hard working and an overall nice person. There was a time when Pat wasn't feeling well yet she never hesitated to do her job or put off anything. She kept on going. She is to be admired for her dedication and hard work. Seller reviewTHE SELLING OF MY CONDO WAS VERY STRESSFUL AS MY MOTHER HAD JUST PASSED AWAY AND I MOVED TO MICHIGAN FOR 2 MONTHS TO TAKE CARE OF HER AND PUT HER ON HOSPICE.
