Buyer reviewWe worked with Scott Rose as a recommendation through our lender. As first time homeowners, we were naive to the purchasing process what what to look for in a home. Scott was extremely accommodating when it came to showing us homes in numerous locations. When showing us homes, Scott shared information about the area and how it would fit our needs and went above and beyond by suggesting possible repairs that may need to be made in the homes, understanding our need to stay within our budget. Scott frequently updated recommended homes through the Century 21 portal and kept in constant communication with us, working diligently around our busy schedules. Scott negotiated an amazing purchase price for our home that was well below our budget! He even went so far as to buy a housewarming gift on closing day. Overall, Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him and his services, given our amazing experience.
