My name is Terrance. I first became interested in Real Estate while working in the Lake County Assessor's office. My desire to go into Real Estate stems from a desire to have a holistic view of the industry. After years of working in the public sector, I look forward to seeing how the industry operates independent of government.

Sometimes in life certain doors don't open because God is sending you the right person so you can be where you need to be. Words can't express how much I appreciate what this talented man has done. I pray nothing but success and happiness Mr Terrance. I thought for a long time home ownership was not possible but thanks to him it is coming true. I wouldn't trust anyone but him.
