Terry has achieved multiple years of Centurion Top Producer awards within the ranks of the National and International Century 21 Corporation. But he is most pleased with being the recipient of Century 21's Quality Customer Service Service Award which speaks to his focus on meeting his clients' needs. While surpassing the 500 Transaction mark and exceed $150,000,000 in sales, Terry says it's not about the awards, it's about his clients. "Meeting my clients' needs is the target, everything else is a by product rather than a goal. Whether buying or selling, I try to understand what folks want and how they want it.
