Seller reviewTheresa sold my father his house and he told me if anything happened to him to make sure I got in contact with her. My dad worked in sales and with a lot of people in his life and I knew if he recommended her than it meant something. I don't think anyone else could have been as helpful and she was more than just a realtor she was friend through the process and I don't live in Florida but across the country and this house needed a lot of work before it could be sold, she really had my back and was patient with what was for me a very overwhelming situation.

Seller reviewYou will not find a more knowledgeable real estate agent than Theresa Sciortino. She has excellent marketing skills and works very hard to get your house sold. We have sold other houses but Theresa has been the best agent for selling houses. She is professional and cares about your house. She puts a lot of time and effort into the sale of your house. Theresa marketed our house up north and down south which I found very impressive. I highly recommend Theresa Sciortino if you want the best real estate agent in this area to sell your house.

Buyer reviewTheresa provided a personal , caring real estate transaction. Clear communication beginning to end. She gives the clients true personal care. Few, if any, realtors these days have Theresa's standards. They could learn and SHOULD! Real estate can be daunting. Current realtors too often "just open a door". Lazy or unknowleable.

Buyer reviewAfter going through three agents we were happy to find Theresa. She always returned phone calls and made sure to go out of her way to make sure that we were happy. She was strait forward when it came to what neighborhoods to avoid and what ones would make a good area to be in. She lives in the area and she knows it very well. When we had issues with the builder and their agent she was on top of things and got them corrected for us. If your looking for an agent she should be your first call.
