After being a general contractor in the valley for 20+ years, I decided to take my knowledge of homes and construction and move in a new direction. A home purchase is the largest single purchase that most people make in their lives and I really enjoy the process of helping people find the particular things that they want in a home.

Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers, we were very green in the home buying experience. We thought we did enough research but there is always more. Of course, as soon as we started looking for houses the buyers market crashed and we were having a very difficult time finding a house in our budget that didn't get sold that weekend. Troy was very patient with us, and continued looking for us even as we were getting discouraged. He gave us many great recommendations on updates or improvements houses could have as we contemplated and discussed offers. He was honest in homes worths and assets, and never pushed us to offer more than we were comfortable. In the end, he found us an adorable house with very few needed updates/fixings. An open slate so we could make the house our home. Going through the mountains of paperwork following, we were always texting him asking questions and clarifications, and he never took long to answer and help us do it right. Troy was with us the whole time, even when he was out of town or after hours, he was there when we needed him. Could not have asked for a better realtor and friend to help us buy our first home!
