My husband and I buy and sell multiple properties and we wouldn't use anyone but Val. She will go out of her way for you. We love her. Val is a great agent. Buyer reviewVal was just great, having built a home by the same builder, in the same area, certainly helped us to decide on our home. She went well beyond what was expected, even being at planning sessions and walk thru on several occasions. She would send us pics of how the build out was progressing, and we knew our interests regarding our selections and decisions were very important to her. She even caught some mistakes which were a benefit to us. We could not have asked for better. We would highly recommend Val to other potential buyers. Thank you Val for your time and expertise. Val's personal touches she extends to her clients, were most appreciated at the time of closing and move in.

She investigated alternatives for selling my boat and jet skis. She helped find another lot at the lake for future building. Bottom-line, Val was resulted oriented, helping me secure a full asking price. Clearly one of the best agents I have worked with -- trustworthy, helpful and committed. She went over and above what any other realtor has ever done. I could always reach her. She answered her phone...which is so very important to me. The property I purchased is 2 hours from her home base location and you would have thought it was 10 minutes as she never skipped a beat and was here for every step of it. She never hesitated or mentioned the extra driving she was doing. I will definitely choose her for all of our real estate transactions in our business and our personal ventures.
