He exceeds in every category - delivering impeccable service, sound negotiator, trustworthy and methodical. The day of closing, I was not in attendance, but signed closing documents remotely and felt extremely comfortable- knowing that Andrew navigated behind the scene to ensure all eyes were dotted, and a smooth closing - that's exactly what occurred. Andrew has a good heart. Always telling us the truth and not lying about something just to sell a house. He has good knowledge on areas. He got us trusted inspectors to help with inspections. On time for all appointments otherwise he will call before hand. Did a good job especially in documents, making sure they are all correct before and after signing which is really important. Being patient with us as well as other party.

Originally when my wife & I decided to start looking to purchase a home we chose to just try on our own. After about 6 months with no luck I started to feel defeated. From start to finish he was a true stand up professional. Constantly doing any and everything he can to get us in the best possible situation for purchasing a new home. My schedule is very pressing and my time is very valuable to me. Andrew Leonard made himself available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to answer any questions I may have immediately! Never leaving us in the dark or confused at any moment. We felt prepared, educated, & aware through out the process all due to Andrews efforts and process of completion. He has it figured out and is a true stand up professional at what he does. Everyone Andrew introduced to us was also very polite as well. All working seamlessly together towards the same goal. My wife & I ended up in the home of our dreams and couldn't be any happier! All thanks to Andrew and his teams drive to take pride in what they do and do there best for others. I am not sure what Andrew & his team are making but in my opinion its Not enough. You should be very proud to have such a awesome team member to be apart of your organization.
