Century 21 has a rich and deep connection with the Lake of the Ozarks. Over the years, there has been as many as five offices at the Lake at the same time. At present, the Century 21 Prestige at the Lake office at Osage Beach is one of only two Century 21 Real Estate offices serving the lake. The Osage Beach office is part of a three-office regional real estate company, which have been servicing the real estate needs of homeowners in five counties for over forty years-two of the offices date back to the 1970s.

Les Mironuck, the driving force of the company, started his career almost four decades ago as a real estate salesperson, eventually became a branch office sales manager, then an owner, then becoming the designated broker for the Company, and now Chief Executive Officer.

During Les' long real estate career, he also worked more than a decade for Corporate Century 21-managing the franchisor's growth in three states (Missouri, Iowa, and most of Illinois-all except metro Chicago). Along the way, Century 21 Prestige has earned many of the most coveted awards: numerous Gold Medallions, Centurion awards, and the Pinnacle Quality service award.

Although the company is proud of its achievements, the success of their salespeople is even more impressive. In the past three decades, the Century 21 Prestige salespeople have been recipients of every possible production award Century 21 has to offer. We even hosted three Century 21 "Rookie of Year" award winners (for Missouri). However, Century 21 Prestige's top award winner-from the Lake office-is Wade Covington. He has managed to capture not only the Rookie of the Year and Centurion Award, but also, the rarely given President's Award-the highest individual award possible in the Century 21 system, and is awarded annually based on a combination of high production and superb Quality Service ratings. Wade also has been the #1 Century 21 Producer in Missouri multiple years.

Besides our fantastic sales team, Century21 Prestige is extremely proud of our new Lake office-home to a number of high-producers who are all dedicated to customer satisfaction. Professionalism and Quality Service is what each member of our sales staff strives for.
