She made sure to educate us on the markets current state of homes selling very quickly while also ensuring we had plenty of options. She was available at all times and was consistent in her communication with us and our lender. Me and my husband had our first child just four days before closing on our first home and Aeva ensured that the process was quick and easy. She went above and beyond in her negotiations and also by personally installing hand rails to our front and back porch to ensure we could be approved for our VA loan. She is truly amazing and has our buisness for life!
