Seller reviewAnn was incredible. If I moved 10 ten times (although I hope not to), I would want Ann for each sale. She was the picture of grace under fire and dealt with pretty severe time restrictions with poise. Ultimately, the move cost us substantially less than we expected due to Ann's knowledge of appropriate pricing, timing and the negotiation process. We were able to purchase a new home with the proceeds from our sale and basically broke even on the transaction, even though we expected to lose $10k. Thank you, Ann!

My wife and I have very demanding schedules, but Ann was able to accommodate our restrictions - she was available literally 24/7. As a result, it took Ann a mere two months to initiate a home search, facilitate our home sale and close both escrows! Instead of total chaos, Ann kept the process highly organized. We were very happy with the selling price of our home and the speed with which it moved - Ann hit the numbers perfectly. I cannot say enough good things, and I am incredibly grateful.
