There were several unusual things that came up during and after the inspection, and it was valuable having someone with Beverly's experience to discuss how to deal with them. There was much to discuss and Beverly was always available. That helped reduce the stress in the process. We would choose to use Beverly again.

Also had good network of contacts, we needed to draw on this network to find someone to repair an item that came out of the home inspection. We are expecting to stay in this place for many years, but if circumstances change and we have to move we would choose Beverly again. We highly recommend her.
