Carolina was absolutely amazing. She knew we were extremely busy while selling our house and took care of many things for us while we were away. We trusted her 100%! She went out of her way to get a second opinion on a chimney repair. That was very impressive! She was looking out for our best interest! She was a great communicator, and got back to us every time in a timely manner. Carolina was super organized and very knowledgeable. She sold our house in less than a day at an unbelievable price! Carolina was absolutely wonderful during the whole process. She has so much knowledge and experience in every area that it made everything so easy. She was honest in her opinions about which homes would be a good investment, and had creative ideas for bargaining chips when submitting offers. She never let us settle on "good enough", and had even more patience than us at times in waiting for the right fit for our family. She was great about getting us in to see houses. If something popped up we were interested in while we already at a showing, she would call on the way to the next house to get us in as soon as possible. This market is aggressive! You absolutely need someone like Carolina to go to bat for you. Carolina has a creative eye, understands functional space, and has a wide range of general costs associated with home repairs and design. Carolina was so attentive to detail while we were looking at homes, like turning on a sink to check water pressure, or making sure she could find the age and last service date of major appliances and the roof - things that buyers have to fix in short order and would put us over our budget. Carolina is so talented, and absolutely brilliant in this field; I would recommend her to any of our friends, family, or loved ones. She is the best of the best!

The advice she gave was honest and helped sell our house quickly. Attention to detail and follow up with all parties involved was concise, accurate, and complete.
