She was very attuned to the variety of uses of our property and made sure to highlight the possibilities in our listing. While being very knowledgeable, if she didn't know an answer she promptly reached out to the appropriate person to get us an accurate answer quickly. Cindy's suggestions were practical, her knowledge of the real estate market and her enthusiasm from the first open house to the closing was first rate. She made sure I had the best representation and quick, easy communication between the buyer, the closing attorney, and her own agency. When I had questions, Cindy quickly got answers. She stayed in constant touch, relaying information to me that affected decisions as well as providing reassurance that things were moving as planned, or making recommendations as to what changes we needed to make going forward. Cindy stayed on top of every single detail, and kept me informed through every step of the sale throughout the process from open house to closing. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
