Seller reviewDawn is a highly focused Agent with great people skills. I really enjoyed working with her. Communication was always clear, timely and accurate. She was easily reached. Went out of her way to accomplish things that were easy for her but difficult or time consuming for me (for example we had to cut of the power to replace the circuit breaker panel and she disposed of the water in the refrigerator ice tray before we turned the power back on to keep from forming one big block of ice). Dawn also arranged for yard mowing when I could not get to Duncanville. This was service that was well thought out and timely. Great Agent.

Seller reviewI have known Dawn for several years, and knew she would be the type of person who would work hard on my behalf. I had a full price offer in less than 48 hours from listing! Due to severe time constraints for me, Dawn handled everything that needed to be done (major repairs from inspection) up to closing. She was in constant communication with me all the way. Most of all, she had the patience to deal with my frustrations while I dealt with my brother's estate! The process would have been much more difficult without Dawn Mccallum's 's guidance and help.
