A lifelong resident of Rhode Island, having graduated from Lincoln H.S. in 1975 and the University of Vermont (B.A.) in 1979 I have been involved in real estate for nearly 40 years. From my hometown of Lincoln, RI the preponderance of my activity as both an Appraiser and REALTOR has been in the Blackstone Valley region of RI as well as in nearby Massachusetts. I am familiar however with the markets in the entire state. Whether you're buying or selling I will always render you with an honest opinion of value, at all times exercise my due diligence, and promise to treat you like family!
