Seller reviewI went with Eric Whitworth beause after talking with him and meeting with him it was clear he knew the area and what land was worth in Granbury. I didn't have any of such knowledge. He told me what we could list the property for, we did and it sold for the asking price. Other agents I have worked were always trying to get me to lower my asking price just so they could make a quick sale but I never listened to that. I have worked with other agents in the past but Eric was far and away the most knowledgable of them all. He was also the easiest to work with and communicate with. If I had another property to sell the first agent I would go to would be Eric Whitworth.
