Buyer reviewAs long distance buyers, we really appreciated that Janice Davies went the extra mile. She facilitated extra inspections when we needed them (patiently and cheerfully, even when vendors failed, wasted her time, and rescheduled then failed again). Janice's friendly nature calmed us when a few things went wrong and delayed the close of escrow (caused by a last minute disclosure from the other side that required extra work and diligence on her part). It took us a little time to find just the right house... Janice had a broken foot when we first began looking, yet she hobbled around properties with us in a medical boot! She not only understands real estate and knows the area. Janice Davies is also good natured and fun! Thanks to Janice, my husband and I have a beautiful property in an ideal neighborhood to call home.
