As a licensed Realtor for almost 15 years and Leasing Specialist in San Francisco, Jessica provides market knowledge and expertise for a smooth transaction. Her design skill set with an impressive background in staging and construction allows her to make listings and clients shine above the others.

Jessica started her Real Estate career in 2009 as a Realtor at Land West Properties. Land West Properties is a mother/daughter Bay Area real estate brokerage that specializes in commercial, multi-family, residential and land. Her Broker and Mother, Gwendoline Jurgens, mentored Jessica and pushed her to succeed.

In 2012 she joined Veritas Investments in San Franisco. Veritas Investments is the largest multi-family property owner in San Francisco with over $2 billion in real estate assets under management and is vertically integrated with their own property management, leasing, construction management and finance divisions. Jessica has worked for each division in the Veritas family. During her tenure, she created, developed, and managed their in-house staging department.

Jessica received her Contractor's C17 license in 2019 which allows her to provide construction expertise and assist her clients in maximizing value.
