Seller reviewI want to thank Joe Temte for everything he accomplished for us both during the sale of my home. He earned his commission and went above and beyond his responsibilities without even blinking an eye. His knowledge of the process and ability to keep me calm and reassured are noteworthy. Joe made sure I never had to reach out to him with questions about the process or the timeliness of documents. Joe always made sure to end any of our conversations with.... "do you have any questions or concerns before we move on?" Joes ability to clearly inform me of the steps truly made the whole transition feel like I had been thru this before., and I never have. I wish him nothing but the best moving forward as he has earned that. If youre lucky enough to have Joe Temte as your realtor...........he makes the process of leaving behind a house you perhaps "love" as I did, a lot smoother and if youre lucky.......he may bring you some of his wifes' amazing cookies!
