Seller reviewKeila was wonderful from the very beginning the advice she gave on pricing, getting us ready for open houses. She did a superb set up for the open house weekend. We only did a Saturday & Sunday open house and it sold that weekend. What I'd like to mention is the extra thoughtful touches to make this. Home seem more welcoming for the open house. She had baked goods bottled water and lit the fireplace for a beautiful ambience as they enter into the front foyer on a cold November morning. Also had placed signs at the end of the street with balloons to catch the eye of any traffic. I think with the special touch that she added helped us sell in just 2days! I would absolutely use her again in the future as well as recommend to friends and family.
