Personal Profile

Kristen is a native mid-westerner who has lived in Florida since the late 1990's, and now considers

Florida her home. After obtaining a BA from University of Illinois, she entered the world of

construction development, and has held various positions in that industry ever since. She worked

in the "new home" industry for 20 years, and is familiar with the new "Single Family" product lines in

the area. Because of the housing crash of 2007, Kristen jumped ship into commercial development,

joining a team that was converting stores into schools. Here she acquired experience in multiple

states around the Country. Spending a decade in commercial, she became extremely well versed in

due diligence, getting the projects entitled and ultimately completed! The cyclical nature of residential

construction of the early 2020's, triggered Kristen to go off on her own and start a consulting firm for

developers, which is still in operation today.

In early 2023, Kristen became a FL Realtor Sales Associate, and joined Century 21 in 2024. She is a

member of the Commercial Alliance, and a FL Notary. Specialty areas include Broward, Palm Beach

Martin Counties, but is available statewide. Whether you're looking for a new home, commercial
