At no point in the three months did her dedication to finding the right property waiver. She was aggressive and excited about negotiating the buying of our first property, taking all the stress out buying. You staged the house with us. You even helped us fix items around the house to make it just right. You cared and spoke with us as often as necessary. I'll also say that you were aggressive as a seller's agent. You set your own target to get it sold within 20 days or less. I know you sold it on day 21, but that's not too bad by a long shot. You made sure the buyer got all that they needed while still making sure we earned a good profit for us to use to buy our next house. Thank you for being an honest and effective realtor. You get done what you say you will get done.
