Melisa, she was an amazing person to work with and very professional. I had been working with two agents before Melisa and it was a very tense situation. One of the agents wouldn't want to send offers, since she stated they would be denied and the other agent was pushy and even argue with my mother that she wasn't putting an offer, as she believed that wasn't a good offer and was lecturing my mom and me of how real estate works and that it was a 19 pg. process to submit offers that will not be accepted, simply unprofessional. So, we decided to just let it go and not buy and rent. However, I decided to give it a shot and found Melisa and I was straightforward as to what I needed in an agent and she was a LIGHT to our buying process. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, prompt, and most important RESPECTFUL and always asked us what we were looking for and needed and if it was ok to do this or that. She kept us informed of every last detail and went the extra mile. I would most definitely refer her to friends and family, because she was simply great to work with.
