Miesha is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just awesome. She is extremely expedient with managing the communication, and correspondence required for a successful sale. My home was on the market for 7 minutes and Miesha arranged for me to see it prior to the first potential buyer. I knew immediately I wanted this home, and Miesha structured an offer that was accepted immediately. I got everything I wanted and I am extremely grateful for Miesha. No one does it better. Miesha is a solid agent. I wish I could buy another home from her. But I'm sure I will in the future. If I win Mega Millions in the meantime, Miesha will be my first call :) I cannot say enough good things. Meisha knew what I wanted, she knew what I did not want, and she protected me from making potential offers on homes that would not appraise value. She is a lifesaver.
