I am a lifetime resident of Lawrence County, Kentucky. I love the peace and tranquility of life in the country. I have several years of sales experience in various areas and positions. I am retired from higher education, where I built a career of helping people achieve their dreams. I will continue doing just that at Century 21 Brooks Wells Enterprises. Client/customer satisfaction has always been important to me. My philosophy is to treat others the way I want to be treated. I will serve my clients and customers to the best of my ability.
My hobbies include camping, spending time with family, reading, and flower gardening. In addition to a Kentucky Real Estate Sales Associate license, my credentials include a Bachelor of University Studies and a Master of Arts in Adult and Higher Education.

Buyer reviewWe had so much trouble trying to find a realtor in Kentucky. We are from Georgia and were trying to plan seeings for spring break. We heard a lot of yeah, you can go see it and unanswered calls, seems no one was really interested in trying to help us! BUT then we found Sheila Marcum! Sheila Marcum was an awesome realtor. She asked us what was important to us for the property we wanted to purchase and she understood the assignment. Started sending us properties immediately that met our needs! She was always accessible to answer any questions or concerns we had. She was always wanting to meet us at the property we wanted to see. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!!

Seller reviewI would and have told other people about how helpfull and nice Sheia treated me and how she worked so hard to sell the land and bring offers to me as soon as she got one ,sheila is so easy to talk to.My husband wanted a truck needed on bad.For fun and because she also liked us she bought a toy truck and gave it to him at closing.It pleased him alot,so does the gift she gave me, We like her and her husband ALOT.
