Seller reviewA neighbor was selling her place at the same time so her realtor offered to lower her commission if we both went through her. She did not know I already had a realtor. I thanked her but told her that I was 'sticking with' my realtor because she was the one who helped me buy my place and was forever patient with answering numerous questions and giving advice over the 4 years I lived there. I totally trust and respect her. She deserves every bit of her commission. Sondra is not only my realtor but has become a dear friend. Eternally patient with numerous questions. Guided me through the process of buying and then selling my home. I did not have to worry about anything. She will always be my realtor. I could not believe how quickly the sale of my home processed!
