Susan was an excellent broker. She was incredibly supportive through the process of selling our deceased father's home. She is very knowledgeable and made helpful suggestions on how to prep the home and what the process entailed. She really went above and beyond as we do not live in the area and she took on more than a typical agent would need to do during a sale. She is energetic, positive and proactive. And she is incredibly responsive. I would highly recommend her to sell you home.

I was selling my coach house in Newberry Estates. I am a real estate agent and I knew I could easily sell it myself, but I live in Texas for at least half the year. I was going to wait but then Susan Borosky, a realtor, called me from Century 21 - Shavertown and persuaded me to think about using Century 21 to sell my property. I did not know her and was a little uncertain. I am the type that if you want something done right; do it yourself. This was a rental and I was not sure I wanted to sell. It needed a furnace; heat and a new central Air Conditioning System. She was very patient and she also lives in Newberry so she knows the property and understands the residents and life there, in general. I finally decided to go with it and I think I made it as hard as possible for her to sell it. I told her I wanted it sold "AS IS" meaning I am not fixing anything and not putting a new AC/heat system in there. I told her I would not go below a certain price because I am not desperate to sell it. There were a couple of other minor cosmetic issues. I really loved that coach house/townhome and figured if she did not sell it, I would fix everything and just rent it. Newberry is an attractive place to live and nothing like it in the area-resort style living with good management and excellent service from front office staff. What do I have to lose? I hired Susan Borosky from Century 21. I got the ride of my life. She called me and told me it needed a good cleaning and there were heavy planters to move from the deck. She moved those herself (wow!)and I hired a cleaning company, They were excellent too. She did the research and gave me the name of the cleaners (Starlite).They came in and cleaned the place and the carpet. Then she came in and took great pictures and posted them and did her marketing. To my shock, she sold my one bedroom townhome IN ONE WEEK almost 20% over what I would accept. I was in awe. She is an amazing real estate agent with a lot of integrity and has valuable insights and delivers excellent service. I highly recommend Century 21 in Shavertown and especially Susan Borosky. You would be incredibly fortunate to get her. In addition, I found out her background also includes being a paralegal. You cannot go wrong with Susan.
