Being young and buying our first home, we weren't quite sure what our future would look like and where it would start, but we did know who would get us there. Working with Temple Leavell was thee easiest decision we made through this whole process. As first-time home buyers, she really helped us understand some of the nuances that come with your first home purchase, she was open to helping us look at homes that fit our ideal criteria (we had some pretty specific boxes we wanted to check). She is so professional, understanding and patient but yet she makes you feel like family. Having that guidance was invaluable to us! As we began to visit homes we were interested in, it was incredible to see how knowledgeable she was as wells as protective. I think its important as a client to feel like your relator has your best interest, you aren't just a transaction. She was transparent and honest, with each step, quick to discuss the options in front of us and wasn't afraid to tell us what we needed to hear. She wasn't going to let us settle for anything less than everything we wanted! Deep into the pandemic and the roller coaster that is the housing market, she didn't even waiver. Through the difficult circumstances, she made it happen and we built a beautiful new home. Sometimes i wondered if she ever slept, I swear this woman WORKS and she works hard. Around the clock, she was supportive and knowledgeable, I never felt unsure about anything. We feel incredibly lucky to have to have worked with her and would highly recommend her, she redefines the word "home" and what it truly means. Now that we are HOME I couldn't imagine doing anything differently, and I don't think we could have done it with anyone else. This is the biggest purchase of our little lives, while first-time home buying can be very overwhelming; she made this whole experience comfortable, easy, and enjoyable. I cannot express enough, our gratitude for Temple Leavell. If you want someone on your side for a huge life decision, she is the one.
