My name is Monserrate Llantin. I'm an Army veteran who was born and raised in Norwalk. I have lived in Fairfield County my whole life and I'm very familiar with the area. Aside from growing up in Connecticut, I have over 20 years of experience in real estate and property management. I enjoy working and helping others in visualizing their dream of home ownership or sale. I know time is precious, so I value everyone's time and I'm dedicated and responsive to my clients' needs.

My experience allows me to envision the possibilities to support my clientele's goals. Clear communication and transparency are my priority in building trusting relationships and in facilitating goal-oriented solutions. I am bilingual (Spanish/English) and am able to service a diverse clientele.
