Seller reviewI am not exactly sure how we met Bill and Angelica but the first thing Bill did was help us buy a home. It was a fantastic home and it was soooo easy, effortless. Bill knew that it was our first home and we were so impressed with him that there was no question at all when we needed a realtor again, and even a third time. Even though we live on the other side of the state now if I ever need a realtor again the first person I will reach out to is Bill Townsend.

This whole process was new to me and because it was my sister's home being sold (following her death)it was very emotional.there were LOTS of questions. He provided guidance without seeming to be pushy. From the time the house went up for sale he would message us as to what was happening next. Trust is a huge issue for me and at no time did I feel Bill was trying to "shine over"anything. Bill Townsend has wonderful people skills but adding to that is a great moral compass which allows you to feel safe.
