We as a first time buyers she really took us step by step and explained every part of the process making us feel comfortable and at peace. She maintain contact and was always at our reach via text or call. Buyer reviewThe sellers were challenging at times and we needed several amendments to complete the deal, Carlie was on top of it and very efficient. I gave Carlie two referrals because I wanted my friends to deal with the best and that is Carlie Malay Carlie was completely honest and a very positive influence when challenges arose. I had a different realtor when I started my home search, he was slow to respond, so I changed to Carlie Malay, That was a great move on my part because I would not be in my new home if Carlie Malay was not my realtor, We faced challenges from the lender and Carlie stayed on them to make the deal happen. All I can say is Carlie Malay is a fighter for her clients and will give 100 percent 7 days a week to make their home buying dreams come true. Do yourself a favor and make Carlie Malay your realtor, there is no one better.

Seller reviewCarlie was very easy and fun to work with. She came over and gave us honest feedback on our house before listing it and ideas on things we could do to help drive interest. It worked! She think was very informative and kept us updated as much as we wanted her too. She even used her own items to stage our home for us as we had already moved things out. She warned us a wonderful return on our home. We would recommend her to anyone !

Buyer reviewI was hesitant to make the investment because this was my first investment property and I would be purchasing it out of state. I couldn't have asked for a better agent than Carlie, who made the process far too simple. We used text messaging because it was more convenient for us to do so given my line of work. Text messages were used exclusively throughout the entire procedure, with no phone calls made. Although it is unusual, it accommodated my schedule and made it very simple for me to buy a multi-family property outside of my state. She made the entire process comfortable for me, from visiting less desirable neighborhoods to bargaining on my behalf when I discovered a property I was interested in. I'd absolutely recommend her to anyone looking in the Milwaukee region, and I'll use her for the next buy! Thank you Carlie!
