We chose to go with Terry McCaleb over other brokers because of a few reasons. 1. Her office location was so close to all the areas we were looking into. 2. Immediately after meeting her, she was sending me listings and was getting me in to see the houses I was interested in usually the very next day. 3. Her communication was great. I never had to wait to hear back from her and she always made us feel like a priority. 4. She was super friendly and very understanding of our needs and wants when looking for a house. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy a house. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience when dealing with a real estate broker than the one we had with Terry McCaleb. I will miss her, she is a great person and real estate broker. My overall experience was better than I knew it could be. Terry was wonderful and I am grateful for what a pleasant experience it was. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, very friendly and trustworthy. If we ever find ourselves wanting to sell and buy again, I would absolutely call no one other than Terry. Terry was very helpful and encouraging with the sale of my home. She Provided tips for better showing of my home. She is very personable I had previously listed with another agent and was not pleased with no sale. Terry continually talked with me and provided the comments from each potential buyer after a showing. She continually kept in contact with me. I would highly recommend Terry when selecting someone to list your home.

She is amazing, we couldn't have found anyone more terrific than her, and when we met her for the first time and relized how positive and knowledgable she was we didn't want to work with no other relator, she is a professional,this job suits her very well!
