A native of Mt. Vernon, Ann raised her family in Dallas serving in many volunteer positions in the Highland Park Schools and Community and Lovers Lane United Methodist Church. With a love for sales, Ann enjoyed several years in commercial real estate in Dallas before returning to the country and continuing her real estate career with Century 21 Butler Real Estate, the premier real estate office serving Lake Cypress Springs.

Seller reviewAnn handled all aspects of this unusual sale. The house was owned by a family trust in the name of my deceased wife. Therefore, all matters had to be handled by two co-trustees of the house. Neither trustee lived in the area. Once the house was placed on the market all communication was by phone, text messages, or email. Ann did extraordinarily well. Ann did an outstanding job of working with the two co-trustees and representing us honestly and clearly. Two acceptable offers were received within 3 days of publicly listing the house for sale. Ann guided us through the process of evaluating the two offers and making the choice to sell to one of the prospective buyers. Ann handled all aspects of the inspections, necessary repairs, and communications between the buyers and the co-trustees of the property. Her professionalism and primary concern for the sellers was obvious in all aspects of the transaction. Thank you, Ann.
