I graduated from the Naval Academy where I played soccer and ran track. I commissioned in the Marine Corps and spent a few years in the Marines. Now I am a supportive Marine spouse with 3 beautiful kids and a passion for helping families with one of life's biggest investments: their home! Seller reviewThis is the second time I have worked with Carey Schuele to buy/sell a home in the ENC area. After my first experience working with her 3 years ago, it was no question that I would be a returning customer when it was once again time to sell. She is absolutely phenomenal. She walked me through step by step the process, answered all my questions, was readily available at any time, and worked hard to get my home on the market and sold. I could not believe we had an accepted offer in less than one week on the market! I am saddened I won't have Carey for my next home purchase as we are moving out of state, but I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

Buyer reviewI have a previous existing relationship with Carey from working with her husband in the past. I've seen her work and accolades regarding NC Real Estate over the years on social media. When I found out I would be moving to Camp Lejeune, I immediately reached out to Carey for assistance. She was incredibly helpful from the start, sending listings over e-mail and the application. She asked all the right questions to get a good idea of what we were looking for. She set aside plenty of time for showings across several days. We must have looked at between 15-20 properties. She was very knowledgeable about the communities, neighborhoods, and builders. She made us feel like we were a priority the entire time. We followed her recommendations for the offer process to submit a competitive bid. She guided us through the entire closing process and was always available to answer any questions. I would, and already have, recommended her to anyone buying in the Camp Lejeune area.

She also really listened to what we wanted and helped us find our perfect home. I really appreciated how she would go tour houses for us if we were unable to be there (buying from out of state) and send us pictures and videos. She helped make the process as easy as possible :)

Seller reviewCarey was a great resource for every step of the selling process! She was very accessible and always willing to spend whatever time we needed to help us feel comfortable. She was professional when communicating with us and with the buyers, even when negotiations unexpectedly got a little tricky because our hvac failed in the time between going under contract and closing. Despite it all, our sale went smoothly thanks to her.
