Carl was a great realtor! Even though my Husband and I were looking at homes far from his office, he had no problem going there extra long miles for us. Carl had great patience with me, as I can be very picky and opinionated, but hey this was our first home purchase :). Carl was not only a realtor for us, he was a good friend, who cared to make sure that we found a house that felt like home that we would enjoy for years to come. After a good six months, we found a place that we really liked, in the location we wanted, in a nice quiet neighborhood and with a nice backyard! As the great realtor Carl is, he not only came through with finding us a home but he had great recommendations on home this you'll need such as a home inspector, a floor restoring company, etc. My Husband and I really appreciated Carl's hard work, dedication and patience (especially when we had none, lol) during one of our most exciting, frustrating but rewarding and blessed time in our lives. Carl Johnson did an outstanding job selling our home and assisting us in finding a new home to purchase. He was prompt, professional and accessible throughout the process.
