Buyer reviewWe worked with David for over 2 years trying to find the perfect waterfront home in Keweenaw County. David set us up with email updates from the mls, but ultimately the house we purchased was one that he called us about within an hour of it hitting the mls. We put an offer in immediately and began negotiating with the Sellers, ultimately coming to agreement a few days later. Over that time several offers had come in. If David had not been watching so closely for a home that fit our needs, and had not moved so quickly, we would have missed this unique opportunity. Thanks David!
