Buyer reviewDave was incredibly easy to talk to and deal with, he was genuine and easygoing. He was very patient with us as first time home buyers and even fun to be around. We saw many properties over the course of a couple months, so we got to know him well. As far as the actual business of buying a house goes, Dave was available 24/7. Any time I had a question I sent a text or called him and he responded very quickly, even late at night. If there were updates in the process of making an offer or going through the closing process he would immediately let us know, again even late at night. He knows everything about buying and selling houses, and helped us learn the whole process. He's also very familiar with the market and helped us make decisions on offers, counter offers and concessions. In short, Dave exceeded all our expectations and we will work with him every time we buy or sell in the future. We have also already recommended him to multiple people buying houses we know. Dave is responsive and provides a good sounding board when navigating the home selling and buying process. I have never once felt pressured by Dave to buy or sell a home. Dave's actions as a realtor show he has my best interests in mind. He is always willing to answer my questions and provide flexibility in scheduling showings. Buyer reviewDave was recommended to us by our son, Michael. My husband and I were trying to purchase a home in the Traverse City area while we were getting our own home in Rochester, NY on the market. With the housing market moving so quickly we were experiencing some difficulty with even seeing some houses before they were gone. Dave kept us informed of status of homes, offered to do video tours, and communicated when new properties came on the market. He also devoted a ton of time to us on the weekends when we would come in trying to see as many appropriate houses for us as possible. He quickly figured out what was right size for us and helped us navigate our way to our now forever home in Interlochen. He has been a great source to us for things like septic, wells, local electricians, gas and electric. His patience, knowledge of the area, and sense of humor kept us on track and anxiety free. Would highly recommend him!
