Buyer reviewDiana was amazing to work with! She was always available for questions & to show us homes. Extremely knowledgeable of the neighborhoods around our kids school! She helped us find a place that was perfect for us & our kids can walk to school! She has even followed up well after we moved in and truly cares about our experience of not only our purchase, but how we love our new neighborhood. Our home inspector found things we hadn't seen after we made an offer. She negotiated us a fair amount of our closing costs back so we bought within budget, without surprise. Wow, she is amazing!

The use of mobile technology was very helpfull, Diana sent me pictures of her worksheet that broke down the details of five offers, making it easy to collaborate on the best offer while on the phone with her and Shana. Diana was very accessible during the sale of the home. Diana made sure I had all the necessary paperwork completed throughout the process so that there were no roadblocks with the sale of the home. When it's time to buy or sell again I will be contacting Diana and Shana. Diana and Shana are a great tag team!

To sell a home that you designed and built , lived in for over 30 years, and raised 4 children with such a heavy heart she made it tolerable and she was thoughtful in every step. She felt like it was a part of her and we embraced that. She made a barely tolerable task seem just a bit easier because she has a heart. We could not have done this with out her. Yes we looked at other options but in the long run our choice was Diana. Thank you again Diana and Century 21
