She knew what I was looking for and was able to clearly articulate what was and wasn't possible in each home. I trust her guidance and recommendations which helped me find the best property for me. Her industry experience is extremely valuable in such a competitive market. She is very responsive and supportive and was able to answer all of my questions quickly. She had great ideas for what to include in the offer to help me get an accepted offer. I don't think I would have gotten the condo without her in this market and I wouldn't love it as much as I do without her guidance on items that I could change and upgrade. Eileen was so patient with me, preparing numerous offers with very quick turnaround times. I greatly appreciate all of her time and hard work and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who wants the best possible experience. Eileen took care of everything and made sure that I was on track as each deadline approached to ensure we were compliant with the agreement.

Very accommodating with the times that worked for me when doing showings, etc...Excellent response times with emails, text messages and calls. Eileen always had a smile on her face, was upbeat and positive. I feel Eileen went above and beyond any other realtor I have worked with, even after the closing when most realtors forget who you are. I would highly recommend Eileen to anyone looking for a new place to call home, you won't regret it!!
