Buyer reviewOur agent Elisa did a fantastic job helping us get the property we wanted in a timely manner. She was very professional and friendly. She really cared for our needs and helped us greatly. We were outside of TX and weren't able to be in there in person before and after the closing. Elisa helped us to get to know the property through video calls. 10 days after the closing, the water heater in the property broke and water leaked in the house. Elisa found out when she went to check the house. She helped stop the leak and used her own vacuum to clear the water and put fans on to dry the affected area. She was our representative in working with plumbing company to repair the damage which was a huge help for us. We were very blessed to have Elisa as our agent.

Buyer reviewShe was amazing from start to finish. I had been looking for a home for over a year and all of the other real estate agents were not anywhere as near as cooperative as Elisa. She constantly updated me, got me a great loan office, was able to get a few things fixed on the house even though they wanted to sell as is. The list goes on, if I ever buy another home or property or if my family does I will be recommending her to them.
