Enrique helped us to buy our first home. There was no other agent we would have considered to help us sell our condo and buy our forever home. Enrique delivered exactly as he said he would. We knew that a condo can be a tough sell but he guided us through the whole process. He helped us make our condo look amazing and sell quickly. Enrique was always available to answer our questions. Enrique was more than a realtor in my experience. You can see how passionate he is of his work and truly cares for his clients. The whole process of finding a home is stressful for both parties but Enrique made sure I was up to date every step of the way and quite frankly I couldn't be happier with my experience. Overall experience was more than i expected. Being a first time home buyer I went in with projections of endless stress, heartache, and overkill. and yes it was all the above and a little more but Enrique truly was there every step of the way no matter what day, holiday, time, morning, or night he made sure I was taken care of in regards to anything during this process.

Even before I knew Enrique is a real estate agent, I already knew him as a nice guy. The sale was done according to the set timeline. Very organized. We trusted his expertise and followed his recommendations.It was not an easy task but at the end of the day, we got what we were hoping for. He was able to find a buyer on the very first open house. And until the closing, he was there to tell us what to do. Excellent service. He is knowledgeable and generous of his expertise. You want Enrique as your real estate agent. It was a good experience overall. Timeline was followed accordingly. Satisfied customer!
