Seller reviewFran was very prompt returning inquiries, which was so appreciated, and was confident and knowledgeable about the area, which was reassuring. Since I had to leave the day before garbage and recycle pickup, Fran offered to handle it for me... and did so. It meant I didn't have to ask neighbors to take the trash, nor leave the trash behind for the new owners. Just one of many small details with which she helped. I received a message from the title co. saying title was to close two days before the agreed upon date, and I sent a panicked call to Fran. She assured me not to worry, my agreed date would be honored and that she was on top of it. I highly recommend Fran as a professional, extremely knowledgeable agent who is empathetic to individual concerns.
