I am a native of New Jersey and lived in Monmouth County my entire life. I decided to pursue real estate after 25+ years in corporate management, operations and technology. Real Estate has always been a passion. The combination of my professional and personal experiences enables me to bring a unique skill set to my real estate customers, utilizing all latest technologies, creative marketing plans, outstanding customer service and the ability to analyze a property's endless potential. I have owned and renovated four homes. As an investor, I have owned three rental properties; one summer weekly rental in Cape May County, a winter rental is Sarasota County, FL, and a yearly rental in Middletown. My wife and I have raised our son in Middletown and Holmdel school systems. I can share a wealth of knowledge regarding local school systems, social clubs, sports activities and much more. It is hard to find a more diverse area to live than Monmouth County with its proximity to beaches, boating, golf courses, New York City and even Philadelphia. Gary Kidney was in daily contact providing updates on our deal. He worked hard at making our deal happen - at first, 'selling' our offer to the listing agent and then persistently staying in contact until our offer was accepted. Gary then pushed the deal through attorney review getting a finalized contract within 48 hours, which was imperative given the hot market. He then stayed on top of all the details, advised us of next steps, and regularly followed up with the mortgage broker, attorney, selling agent, and title company to ensure progress was being made towards our closing date. Gary Kidney was professional, reliable, and communicative. Would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.
