Once we found a home she worked closely with the seller/seller agent, the title agency, my bank and myself to ensure a seamless and timely purchase. Ginger is professional, has great people skills, and is knowledgeable about her industry. When she does not know about some aspect of the industry she has a great resource in her Broker for information and does not hesitate to ask questions.
