Seller reviewThe general public has a very low opinion of Realtors and unfortunately with good cause. From our first contact it was obvious Gloria Smith was an exception to the rule. She is exceptionally competent, exceptionally efficient, exceptionally empathetic and, what most people fail to consider, an exceptionally honest and caring human being. Professional skills can be taught or acquired over years of experience, but should always be a secondary consideration when selecting a real estate Broker or Associate. Real estate transactions are complex and challenging and without a trustworthy and committed Broker such as Gloria Smith the dream can become a nightmare and possible fail completely. I will be forever grateful to have met Gloria and had the benefit of her professionalism and friendship.

Seller reviewI would highly recommend Gloria Smith as she made the process go very smoothly for someone like me, who was completely unprepared and had no previous experience selling a home, let alone an inherited home. She knew the ins and outs of what to expect with all aspects. She had constant contact with the Buyers agents on any issues that arose and escalated them, when called for. I've heard many horror stories of the things that can go wrong with other realtors and am so happy to say that Gloria eased all of my fears and I will definitely use her again!

I need it to buy the property via long distance so I was very dependent on my realtor for advice on location, availability of public transportation, and appropriate neighborhoods. Gloria is a complete professional and this was demonstrated profoundly throughout my experience. I cannot say enough good things about Gloria Smith. As I stated, all transactions had to be completed by way of computers. I bought the property site unseen and was thrilled with the choices that Gloria made for me. She got me exactly what I wanted and needed ! Gloria was excellent at negotiating an acceptable price for the property and assisted me with the inspections and final walk-through. Gloria was extremely prompt in the exchange of contracts and keeping me informed at all times of the progress being made on the contract.
